I have been following the market for sometime now. I have to agree with you that things aren't all fine but still they are also not dire. The phase experienced by the Sacramento market is something that is very much similar to other markets. However, this is the time when we should understand that we are in a dark cloud phase but the silver lining isn't so far. I am an agent listed with resortscape.com (<a HREF="http://www.resortscape.com/default.aspx?ct=r&q=&utm_medium=linktous&utm_source=PT" rel="nofollow">http://www.resortscape.com/default.aspx?ct=r&q=&utm_medium=linktous&utm_source=PT</A>), and I have been amazed at the number of foreign investors who are interested in our market. Only last month I have sold a luxury house to a German couple. So my fellow friends things will soon be alright and in no time, the market will again be a success. Fear not!
